After each leader reported his work, Tu Youming, the general manager of the party branch, commented on the report, affirmed the achievements and progress made by each leader in 2020, and put forward earnest hopes and requirements, and gave pertinent suggestions. And improvement measures, so that each department clarifies the focus and direction of future work.
After the debriefing report, general manager Tu Youming said that 2020 is an extraordinary year. The achievements of Shanghai Xinjian in 2020 are the result of the joint efforts of every employee . At the same time, requirements for the work in 2021 are put forward: First, it is necessary to continue to increase business efforts, while doing a good job in the main business, actively move closer to the international engineering group, and rely on the group to formulate high-quality development goals in line with the company's actual conditions. The second is to further strengthen the "three-precision" management, establish a more lean and efficient organizational structure, a cost-leading production management system, and a benefit-first operation management system.
